ADVANCED CERTIFIED PARALEGALKrystyl M. Jenkins

Krystyl is an Advanced Certified Paralegal with more than 15 years of experience in family law.  She received her certification through the National Association of Legal Assistants’ Paralegal Certification program, a credential recognized by the American Bar Association as indicating a high level of professional achievement.

Krystyl has considerable experience with high-asset and complex divorce cases.  She is also a trained mediator and New Hampshire-certified family mediator.  She continues to mediate cases for the New Hampshire Human Rights Commission on a volunteer basis.  Krystyl is committed to assisting clients in resolving their differences, if possible, through alternative dispute resolution, as it is faster, less destructive, less expensive, results in creative agreements and clients are generally more satisfied with the process and outcome.

Krystyl is a valuable resource for clients.  She maintains contact with clients and awareness of their cases, and creates initial drafts of legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.  She assists clients with compiling information and documents for mandatory disclosures, responding to requests for information, drafting answers and objections to interrogatories, organizing document productions, drafting necessary financial summaries and statements and updating disclosures when needed.  Krystyl’s experience in the human resources and management realm has also been useful in the family law context.  She prides herself on her focus, exceptional attention to detail, knowledge of the process, and compassionate nature.  Krystyl attempts to minimize the burdens of the divorce process for clients as much as possible.

In litigated matters, Krystyl summarizes depositions, locates and interviews witnesses, prepares subpoenas and arranges for service, interacts directly with experts, organizes key documents for expert review, prepares exhibits, and attends mediation, depositions, hearings, and trials.  Her extensive interaction with the clients throughout the process and her considerable experience with high asset and complex cases allow her to offer valuable insight.
